Our Leadership Team
Mrs. Leigh Sears
Chief Executive Officer, Boys & Girls Club of the Greater Cook County Area
With a heart for service and a vision for empowering youth, Mrs. Leigh Sears has served as the CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of the Greater Cook County Area since 2019.
Mrs. Leigh is passionate about giving back to the community whose love and support has shaped her into the leader she is today. Growing up in Cook County, Mrs. Leigh says that some of the people who made the biggest impact on her life were her softball coaches.
"It is such an honor and privilege to serve the community that's given me so much and made me who I am. I wouldn't be who I am without the guidance and mentorship that I received then, and it means so much to me that I can give back to the community and make a difference in these kids' lives."
Mrs. Leigh brings her 20+ years of experience in local banking and non-profit leadership, also serving as Co-Chair for the annual Toys for Cook Kids drive.
Mr. Keath Eunice
Adel Youth Unit Director, Boys & Girls Club of the Greater Cook County Area
Mr. Keath joined our team in Spring of 2025 as the Adel Youth Unit Director, for our members ages 5-12 years old.
Mr. Keath believes in the power of positive mentorship in the lives of young people. He is fully committed to making a a difference, leading with heart, patience, and purpose.
During his work in the school system, he developed aa passion for youth development and helping kids realize they can succeed. "For me, this isn't just a job- it's a chance to give back and invest in the future," said Mr. Keath.
"Growing up in a nearby small town, I understand the value of strong community support, and I’m stepping into this role with a deep sense of responsibility and excitement. I care deeply about helping kids feel seen, heard, and encouraged—because I believe even the smallest moments of connection can create lifelong impact. I’m here to listen, to lead, and to be a positive force for growth and change. My goal is to lead with compassion and consistency, and to help create a space where young people believe in themselves and their future."
Mr. C'reon Arnold
Teen Center Unit Director, Boys & Girls Club of the Greater Cook County Area
Mr. C'reon joined our team in Spring 2025 and is passionate about community building and creating opportunities for youth.
As our Teen Center Unit Director, Mr. C'reon hopes to leave a lasting imprint with engaging, interactive programs equip our youth with real-world skills, confidence, and a vision for the future.
"The Boys & Girls Club aligns with my passion for youth development and community building. It's a space where I can actively shape futures and create opportunities that many youth wouldn't have access to. I bring a blend of real-world leadership, non profit management, military discipline, and community development experience. My background is grounded in resilience, innovation, and meeting youth where they are to assist in growth, said Mr. C'reon.
"I am deeply committed to our youth’s success both during and long after the Boys and Girls Club. I lead with a pure heart, strategy, and purpose. I believe everyone no matter the age deserves mentor who sees their full potential, even when they can’t always see it themselves."
Mr. C'reon envisions the Teen Center becoming a place where teens come not only to have fun and be part of cool experiences, but also a launchpad for their dreams.
Shirley Pinkney
Youth Development Professional
Mrs. Pinkney has been a part of our team since Fall 2012 and has a heart serving and helping others.
Mrs. Pinkney has 32 years of experience working with the public school system, working with both self-contained and special needs classrooms.
"I am drawn to the Club due to its profound influence on young people, and I appreciate the opportunity to contribute to a positive and supportive environment that supports their achievements." -Ms. Pinkney
Isaiah Kincade
Youth Development Professional
Mr. Isaiah joined our team in Summer 2025. He aims to guide kids in the right direction, help them make great choices, and empower them to be whatever they want to be.
"I grew up going to the Boys & Girls Club and I know how it can change kids' lives." -Mr. Isaiah
Diamond Williams

Ms. Diamond joined our team in Summer 2025. As a former Club kid herself, she aims to give back to the community and make the Boys & Girls Club a safe and memorable experience.

Ms. Jai'ia joined our team in Summer 2025. She is enthusiastic about helping young people grow and discover their potential.

Jada Hodnett

Ms. Jada joined our team in Summer 2025. Growing up as a Club kid, she is no stranger to the positive impact that the Boys & Girls Club can make in a young person's life.
Ms. Jada loves working with kids, and hopes to change lives at the Boys & Girls Club.
Kristin Alexander
Membership Clerk
Mrs. Kristin joined our team in May 2018 as a Youth Development Professional. She enjoys teaching children and encourages them to always have a good heart.
In her 7 years at the Boys & Girls Club, Mrs. Kristin has served as a Youth Development Professional with the Cadet and Pre-teen classes.
What Mrs. Kristin loves the most about working at the Club is the positive impact she makes with our youth.
Cedarius Arnold
Triple Play Coach
Mr. Cedarius joined our team in Summer 2025. He is passionate about making a positive difference through fitness & recreation.
Growing up as an athlete, Mr. Cedarius knows the importance of motivation and determination and hopes to instill that in our Club members.
"All my life, I've played sports, so I know the type of motivation you have to do anything in life. I love being around kids and helping them become the person they are set out to be. I am determined to better the children not only mentally, but also physically." -Mr. Cedarius
Stephanie Abrams
Youth Arts Teacher
Mrs. Stephanie joined our team in Summer 2025. She has 7 years of teaching experience and currently teaches 7th grade Social Studies.
Mrs. Stephanie loves working with children and being a positive influence by helping them academically, emotionally, and socially.
